Anyone ever do this???

Hey I am using the TopGun PT 2000 (a handheld scaner that stores its scaned items as text files) With this i have a Cameo 2 Portable series thermal printer that i need to use so that the drivers for the company i am writing a program for can print reciepts of the items scanned by the TopGun. The two link together using a 15 pin serial conection....If anyone has used this harware together or has any sugestions please let me know. I have the scanner programed already, but the web sight for the printer says they no longer have downloads of the printers firmware. Anyone who knows where i can get ahold of that would be much apriciated also. Thank you all Pablo

It's been 15 years since I used a scanner from Symbol. The printers we used, were, I think, from Zebra. Sorry I can't be of more help.
