Been there, done that. Win98, works fine (<click><click>done...) W2K, no bloody way so I am stuck using win98 while an unused copy of W2K sits on the shelf. --- CPUA 0x5041 Sonork 100.11743 Chicken Little It may be that your sole purpose in life is simply to serve as a warning to others.

Yeah, they are; I can usually get a DLink DFE-530TX+ for $10 after rebate or free after rebate (usually upfront cost of $15-$20). All the PCs in this house use that DLink card now :-D James Sonork ID: 100.11138 - Hasaki "Smile your little smile, take some tea with me awhile. And every day we'll turn another page. The card is a speciality card used to interface with enviromental control computers. I wish a normal card would work, but when the manufacture of the computers designs it so they only work with their interface cards, there is not much you can do. But they are supposed to be coming out with a new version that is supposed to have a USB interface and W2K and XP compatible some time this year. --- CPUA 0x5041 Sonork 100.11743 Chicken Little It may be that your sole purpose in life is simply to serve as a warning to others.

I felt this way yesterday when I was fighting against Frontpage Server Extensions on my machine. No matter what I try, can't do that piece of **** work on a directory that is not below \Inetpub\wwwroot Crivo Automated Credit Assessment

Don't worry about it - the piece of **** doesn't work there either. After years of wasting my effort trying to make InterDev do anything useful, I've gone back to hand coding HTML, and ignoring the FrontPage extensions wherever possible.

Me too, but having a team of 4 people using CVS for source control developing ASP.NET pages forced me to use it again. :(( :(( Crivo Automated Credit Assessment
