Whether to include articles related to Delphi Language

Hi All, Just wanted to ask, if we can publish articles on Delphi Language. There may be programmers visiting this site to search for delphi related code or article. Does this site not allow to post codes or articles on delphi? Since we are not aware of this, we have posted this question. Kindly let us know if its possible to post articles on delphi.
