Looks like the United States Supreme Court offends Muslims too: A coalition of Muslim groups asked the court to sandblast or otherwise remove the depiction of Muhammad, contending that it was a form of sacrilege because graven images are forbidden in Islam and that believers might be encouraged to pray to someone other than God, or Allah in Arabic. More here: http://itre.cis.upenn.edu/~myl/languagelog/archives/002814.html[^]

I say as long as people are asking for a change to the frieze, we put moe in a cute little spring dress... This message is provided by You're Just a Little Girl, INC. We provide cute little spring dresses in most men's sizes so they can look like the whiney little bitches they are. If the dress fits, wear it. ------- sig starts "I've heard some drivers saying, 'We're going too fast here...'. If you're not here to race, go the hell home - don't come here and grumble about going too fast. Why don't you tie a kerosene rag around your ankles so the ants won't climb up and eat your candy ass..." - Dale Earnhardt "...the staggering layers of obscenity in your statement make it a work of art on so many levels." - Jason Jystad, 10/26/2001

That's funny I don't care who y'are! If you simply provide your names and dress sizes, I can make sure to get an order in for your very own cute little spring dress! ------- sig starts "I've heard some drivers saying, 'We're going too fast here...'. In an earlier thread, you stated that you thought you were losing some of your edge and that you were no longer as funny as you used to be. After this post, I'd say your humour is alive and well and doing just fine. Chris Meech I am Canadian. [heard in a local bar] When I want privacy, I'll close the bathroom door. [Stan Shannon] BAD DAY FOR: Friendly competition, as Ford Motor Co. declared the employee parking lot at its truck plant in Dearborn, Mich., off limits to vehicles built by rival companies. Workers have to drive a Ford to work, or park across the street. [CNNMoney.com] Nice sig! [Tim Deveaux on Matt Newman's sig with a quote from me]

That's the trouble with people who are willing to believe in an invisible man in the sky -- they're liable to start believing in and praying to some statue (that they can actually see) instead. As atheists we don't have that problem -- we have SUVs and movie stars.

I contend that we are both atheists. I just believe in one fewer god than you do. When you understand why you dismiss all the other possible gods, you will understand why I dismiss yours. ~Stephen Roberts
