According to the web page: "Developed in C# for use with the .NET environment. The download consists of a Visual Studio .NET project that includes all the source code for the library and samples plus tutorials to help get you started. There is no licence or royalty fee to be paid at any time. You may include the source into your own projects which may then be used for personal or commercial use. The only restriction is the code cannot be resold as is, nor modified and sold as a user interface library for C#." So IMHO it is most welcome, Regards, R.

IMO he should write an article and post it here if he wants us to see it. But I got from the original that it was probably free, the original poster can be forgiven for the fact that so many paying products advertise on these forums.
