      You won't have permission to do that since the server-side account is usually a local account. Nevertheless, if the server-side account did have access to create a folder on the client's machine, it would be a serious security violation. -- modified at 18:18 Friday 17th March, 2006

          You can't manipulate the clients file system in any way. Period! Q:What does the derived class in C# tell to it's parent? A:All your base are belong to us!

            Your server=side application loses control, and the client (browser) takes over.

              On the client machine you cannot create folder but on the server you can create folder provided if ASPNET account has permission. Regards, Shiby
