Scroll Bars

Hi, Im currently using CSS to change the style of the side scroll bar (eg up/down page) for a website im creating. However the site needs to be operable via a touchscreen. As such i really need to make it easier for users to scroll up / down the page. Is there anyway to make the arrows / scrollbar larger? Or perhaps replace the arrows with my own images? I really need to be able to make these buttons more accessible. Thanks in advance for any help you can offer!

Hi, Thanks for the info, but i think maybee you misunderstood. I need to replace / make bigger the Up/Down arrows on the scroll bar -------> Not the mouse cursor. Any ideas? Thanks!!!
