Google for A++ certification, that’s what the A++ is all about. Just general computer knowledge / repair. The best way to become familiar with the various problems computers / technology face, is to jump in and get your hands dirty (well only if you have an antistatic wrist wrap). Family and friends are always a good reliable source of broken computers. One word of warning once family and friends learn that you know how to fix computers; they will be coming to you for every thing. X| Good luck
