Hi, I am looking for an open source helpdesk system to use in my work place. It is a small organisation with about 150 - 200 users. I want the system to have a client for the pocket pc so that technicians can log and updated calls when they are out of the office, and have them synced with the helpdesk when then return to the office. Does anyone know if such system exists and if so, could you send me a link to it. Thanks Michael Michael Carty

On the free end of the spectrum, have you looked at Microsoft's Smart Client sample app TaskVision? http://msdn.microsoft.com/smartclient/codesamples/taskvision/default.aspx It's very basic, but you have the source code if it doesn't do enough.
