Setting where you are from

I just signed up, and can not seem to set my country as "Canada". It always returns that I am from "Central Africa" instead. Who do I notify about this?

Interesting - it shows me as from "Canada" as it ought to when I look up my profile in the "who's who", but when I go to edit my profile, it says "Central Africa" (the entry following "Canada") - might this be a zero vs 1-based issue?
