Question on legality.

I've got a question which should be fairly straight forward. Say there exists a small business, and one of the employees develops the company's website using their own images and graphics. If the employee leaves the company do they have the right to have all of those images and photographs removed from the design of the site? Signature under construction.

That very simple definition of ownership is extremely wide open to interpretation. In the absence of a formal aggrement, the former employee has little or no rights to the images and graphics they produced. This question has the flavour of there being a lot more to this. :) Chris Meech I am Canadian. [heard in a local bar] When I want privacy, I'll close the bathroom door.
