lol, thats my message! :) The first count is for all messages ever posted; the second is messages still posted. †It does get deducted from the user's post count, but it doesn't get deducted from the forum post count. I assume this is because Chris just has a flag in the table for the messages to tell whether or not to show the message, preserving the threading. This explains why you can see how many messages have been posted and not "deleted" when your current view is set to "All" and the Total just gives how many messages are in the forum including "deleted" ones.
