Urgent : how to get properties info of MSI file thru VB code ??

Hi, I wanted to get the Title of MSI file.. For eg. For every MSI file in C:\Windows\Installer\ , I want to check title of every MSI.. like xyz.msi->right click on it->select properties ->select 'summary' -> get title/subject. can anybody help ? thanks in advance. Supriya
