I have added refrence of microsoft flexgrid. However , the toolbox could not show the control. Help me. Thanks a lot!

You have to add it to the ToolBox yourself. Just adding a reference to the .OCX won't do it. Right-click inside the Toolbox and pick Add/Remove Items... I think you can figure it out from there. Dave Kreskowiak Microsoft MVP - Visual Basic
