You know I was going to say something but I figured you were close by and it would mean more coming from you. How do you feel about being disrespected in such a way? I'm a tad angry by the post because my wife is included in "...girls are usually..." and I'd never disrespect her in such a demeaning way. I need to tread carefully as I'm trying really hard to keep my temper in check. But if you feel the occassion to let him have it for being ignorant you have my blessings (my wife's to I might add).:rose:

I'm sorry I was all negative. But this guy's gotta be either a complete idiot or a troll. Strangely enough, I can't tell which he really is.

Heh, i know. I was convinced for a while that he was just learning English, but it seems to be more (less?) than that...

Agreed. It is funny that anytime my wife's temper starts to flare and I give her "space," the number of messages I post on CP shoot through the roof :->

Sadly some people need to bolster their egos and it is very common in young men. Since I'm mellow at the moment it's best to scrape him off the bottom of my shoe but please, feel free to indulge yourself  And thank you  The tigress is here :-D

I think I'm pretty rotten because generally when my wife's temper flares it's because I'm being an idiot. I usually can walk outside, spend about 2 minutes thinking:confused:, realize I'm an idiot:-O, come back inside and suddenly everyone is in a better mood.:jig:

Yeah... 'cause it's real easy to recognize the man in a relationship after he's been kicked in the 'nads by an angry wife... :~

Yeah, it's called she go upstairs and read a book, or take a nap. Let me answer some threads on CP, and everyone is happy. Hmmmm, maybe Chris should make a new Code Project shirt that says something like: "Let me log onto my Code Project account, and no body gets hurt."

 Isn't that kind of hunched over posture? She did 6 years in the US Army and earned a medal for Expert Marksmanship, so exercising caution during temper flare-ups is a excellent idea :)

I mean those young men get tired of being alone eventually.

Yeppers. I thought that is why a certain magazine is published by a certain Hugh Hefner. Hmmm, this thread sure could use a little Soapboxing :->

Actually it was the opposite. It went well generally. We went to water park the second day, and she told me that was the most fun day she has had for a long time and thanked me. I almost had tears in my eyes when I heard that. She was on her period, and she got annoyed more easily than usual and said whatever she had in her mind regardless of how it would make me feel (she was never like this before), so I figured that either it must be related to her period or we are closer than before. ;)
