Hello Everybody, I am trying to make a simple photo album, I have two directories and lots of pictures. Can you kindy give me any idea how to display these many pictures on one pages and if the user wants to change the directory. I am using vb codes to do this. Kindly give me an idea how to start atleast. I don't want to copy but want to understand and learn the concept too. Thanks in advance.

Start by dispalying one single picture. Then try and pick this picture from a directory without specifing the filename and display it. Then try it with 2 pics etc... Then list the pics and display them on click.

Go to WROX.com's website. There is a book called "Instant results with ASP.NET 2.0" that book contains a sample Photo Album among other examples. They are ALL written in ASP.NET 2.0(VB.NET) Good luck!
