Yesterday, I sent the site admin an email asking why I was banned from posting (and reading) in their forums, and this is what he sent back. -----Original Message----- From: Steve Sent: Thursday, April 11, 2002 6:10 PM To: jsimmons Subject:WHY? I can't think of a nicer guy that this could happen to. My 4yr old uses the web without permission, but I'll soon be using some service to filter her content etc. She uses barbie.com a lot and similar sites. I really think you should have been "warned" first John possibly by an automated means unless you went way over board which you saud you didn't. Can you use an annoymous service to log on ? i think if parents are like that (trying to sugar coat children.. well she is 17 isn't she) they always find a way to break out.. and get even more crazy than they would've been.. the more pressure the crazier these kids get.. my humble opinion (i try it without any disclaimer for now) bernhard
