Dialog Controls Palette

Somehow, I've lost the controls palette used for creating controls on a dialog box.:( How do I get it back? Thanks in advance.

Go to Tools --> Customize --> Toolbars tab

Right click on the tool bar and check on the option controls to get the controls palette
