Shared Assembly

Hello EveryBody, I have created a key pair. after that i have signed assembly into shared cache using the keys i have generated. Then i am trying to install the dll into gacutil but i am getting the error Failure adding assembly into the cache: The system can't find the file specified. Can any one help me to solve this problem.
