Encrypt+decrypt in outlook + email

Hi Friends, I am asked by some one is there any way that we can send encrypted emails and those emails then can be viewed (decrypted) in outlook or any other email client. The only reason is to send email data securely. If you want to discuss more , your question are welcome. Any help is welcome. Thansk
