Local Administrator

Hi Chaps Little problem but its simple:- Is there a way of deploying and creating web services without being a local administrator because our ITS department are a bit of a control freaks and hey are 'unhappy' about us being local admins of our own pcs? Is there anyone else out there who has to put up with this or is it just our company that contains these types of people? Wudan Master
