I figured I'd pass this link along - Seagate 400GB ST3400633AS-RK Serial ATA (SATA/300) Retail box[^] for $130, until Nov 19. I ordered the PATA version a couple weeks ago and it's nice (not too big, and runs quiet) so I'd give this one a recommendation too.
