    I have to disable back button, I have disabled the back button functionality already by using History.Forward(), please help me to disable the back button at earliest.

      I know it is doable but can't remember the syntax..... But remember that users don't like site making navigation annoying.

              I am slightly confused as to what you want, Are you saying that you have disabled the back button but want it removed? Please link me to an example of what you want, provide a better more detailed description of what this is going to be for, or take images of what you want.

                Just in case this is what you wanted to stop the user going back this a new option: try { history.go(-1); } catch (e) {} BUT DON'T USE THAT, IT'S NOT GOOD

                  If this is a public site and I accessed it I would be pissed and close immediately if you mess with the back button. If it is for a strict business rule that is 100% necessary that is fine otherwise you are going to turn off a lot of potential visitors.
