    Dear all I have been graduated from the Computer Science major, and now my company employed me as a Software Engineer in the IT department. What do you thing should I do to be mergined from Computer Science to Software Engineer, what books or websites should I read and visit. I ahve a good background in Software Engineering ,but I have not experienced a real world projects yet. What is your advise?? Best Regarsd

      Everyone probably has opinions on good resources. Here a couple to start with http://www.joelonsoftware.com/items/2006/11/21.html[^] http://www.ddj.com/dept/architect/[^] Reading guide provided on this next site is good, but you need to sign up to get access. This site also provides a ladder which describes a progressive personal development path in terms of reading and competencies: http://www.construx.com/professionaldev/individual/pdlsampleplans/[^]
