Hi all, I want to develop website in english and chinese language. I am a chinese too,i got a very good open-source project NBear,and there is a "NBear Starter Kit" in it , it's a web project using multi-language(chinese,english and other) write in C# asp.net2.0 NBear website http://nbear.org
