    I am required to send one newsletter from our web site but when sending the newsletter these letters are either going spam or bulk. can anyone suggest a method to avoid going the newsletter mails to spam or bulk. Vipin

      Post a message on your site to notify people how to declare your emails as safe. Include detailed into on how to do it in the major email programs

        Your final users have the key, you must to tell them how to add your email adrress to safe mail list. The other solution is using a big email account provider (gmail, yahoo, hotmail). in order to send your email using this account. best regards :)

          I'm guessing that you're sending the same mail to many recipients? If that's the case it'll trigger the spam filters in many email clients (since that's generally the profile of a spam message)...try sending many mails to many people, i.e. just send one at a time with a single recipient...may help, may not, but worth a try :)
