If he has touched a UK-based server then he is facing jail time anyway, and I am sure other countries have similar laws. It is up to Chris to decide whether or not to report his troublemaking to the authorities -- but even then I doubt they will bother to follow it up.

Secondly, and more importantly, just ignore him. If he has touched a UK-based server then he is facing jail time anyway, and I am sure other countries have similar laws. It is up to Chris to decide whether or not to report his troublemaking to the authorities -- but even then I doubt they will bother to follow it up.
