Table permissions

Hi - I added a new table. Tested on two different databases. One of the database had db_owner role checked for this user and inserting into this table worked. The other database didn't have this option checked. By default this option is not checked for our database. Is there a way I could set permission on table level, just for this table? thanks

In my stored proc, changed a DML "truncate" to use "delete" - it is now working.
