Just a hunch, but I suspect the linked site doesn't have the legal right to offer the books to download.

Fair enough. I did say I might be naive or stupid.:-D

the last thing I want to see is some pasty-faced geek with skin so pale that it's almost translucent trying to bump parts with a partner - John Simmons / outlaw programmer
Deja View - the feeling that you've seen this post before.

Your hunch is wrong. The site offering the books is owned by the organization that commissioned the books in the first place.

Actually, not fair. The hunch was wrong - the PDFs are legal and offered by the organization that commissioned the books in the first place. And a post shouldn't be voted down because someone suspects that something is wrong - before voting, one should confirm one's suspicions or simply withhold judgment.

You can download a variety of excellent books here[^] as PDFs for free. I'm sure there are other such sites as well.

Somewhat limited in scope, what if they want to learn about Titania rather than Oberon ;P

Considering your previous posts it's no wonder people vote it down out of hand. The fable about the boy who cried wolf comes to mind. Perhaps it is to late for your posts to seriously be considered here. Maybe another name change would be in order.

Then someone else - who knows a lot about Titania - can recommend readings for them. I only recommend books that (a) I've read, and (b) have been unusually helpful to me.

Or maybe the voters here should grow up, take their responsibilities seriously, and judge each post on its merits, not their subjective feelings about the poster.

Guess that explains some of your previous posts. Limited in scope.

Hi All, Your discussion has gone on a different way. Honestly, I tried to get some help for our students. If anybody like to help, I will give my contact details. I will tell you how I am going to do this. Thanks
