It might have been one of the ads that triggered that problem. Your company's firewall rules are probably just a hair too strict. Where I work, every once in a while I'll go to a web page only to see some of the ads filtered out and replaced with our "this is a blocked web page" screen. Yes, sometimes it even happens here at CP (but it's very rare), but since I can't see the ad, I don't know which one is causing the issue.
