Symantec question

Could not find a good place to post this question. Does anyone know of a good forum for posting questions about Symantec Antivirus? The Symantec site appears to have forums for every product except AV. Specifically I have a question about recovering licenses. My site has ten licenses. Only eight are installed, but I had to reinstall two machines because remnants of Norton AV 2005 were left on them by the uninstall procedure. Is there anyway to recover the licenses that the server did not recognize were already installed? Thanx...

Your link needed a little tweak, https://live-symantec.custhelp.com[^], but it got me into a support queue. I started at #6 and about 20-30 minutes later I was at #1 in the queue. Then it told me there was nobody available to help and to try again later. I'm currently at #6 again...

I know this response is rather late . . . I just had to tell you the relief when I finally uninstalled the 2-month trial edition Symantec AntiVirus from my wife's notebook. I have found that Symantec gives nothing but problems - Slows down the PC, Scans emails so they never get sent, etc. Delete it and be happy.
