Precisely, just as the judiciary given the authority to 'interpret the constitution' now has the power to impose whatever world view upon us they please. Just as Roe v Wade, flag burning, and so many other decisions were examples of the abuse of power from a court controled by a minority with a leftist agenda imposed upon the majority.
