I just met a cute VB chick - named Laura - with one year left in college yesterday at the credit union I'm a part of. She went into detail about some of her projects, and I was impressed. So, the answer is no. There are female coders, but there doesn't seem to be as many unfortunately. Jeremy L. I'm just saying this for a lad type reason, but there really should be more women in I.T. I think women are put off doing the subject because of the negative image attributed to it by the media. Simon I need your clothes, your boots, and your copy of VS.NET. Sonork ID 100.10024

One of the two people who wrote by iostreams book is female, and it is VERY good. The only thing is that she is obviously smarter than I am, and I need to read every page five times. I think the barrier to girls programming is social, not biological. It exists right now, but will fade in time. Christian The tragedy of cyberspace - that so much can travel so far, and yet mean so little. And you don't spend much time with the opposite sex working day and night, unless the pizza delivery person happens to be young, cute, single and female.
