If your including all of the source code then Submit[^] it as an article. Before you do though I suggest reading A Guide To Writing Articles For Code Project[^] by Marc Clifton to get an idea of what makes a great contribution to the site. If your looking for just a place to upload a compiled app there are other places more suited for that, such as http://download.com[^] and other shareware sites. Good luck!
