What's with the so many useless articles being posted in this place these days. One should see an article and go, Ggg... thanks. I don't see any of that. Please try and implement a way to eleminate some of these articles.

Nish : DO NOT FEEL SAD ! Just because one arrogant individual considers some of the articles useless doesn't mean that are not several people who find those very same articles quite informitive. They seem to expect Chris and/or a council of Jedis or someone else to determine which articles are worthy of posting. I say bullshyte. Keep the articles coming and let the readers determine which ones they will take the time to read. It can take many oysters to find a pearl. To continue with this analogy, removing some of the oysters only decreases your chances of finding the pearl. Also, this "pearl" can be widely different things to different people. Please, don't for a second consider stopping or even slowing down your article submissions ! :)

Thanks Rick. I am not really sad. I was just assuming responsibility so that the other article authors don't start thinking it's them :-) But thanks anyway! It's really nice to get a little appreciation! On the other hand, critical comments are good too, because they will put pressure on the article submitters to submit better ones. Nish

I disagree with you! There is a rating system (which Chris says is going to imporve soon) and if an article is weak then people give it a low rate. When I search for an article I tend to read the top rated articles and not the low rated ones. So unless CP database is full there is no need reject an article. And do you think that whoever will decide to whether an article is good or bad can be objective? Best regards, Alexandru Savescu
