    Hello everybody, Please tell me, I have a harddrive, I have install Windows XP Professional in it. Now i want to move this Harddrive to another system and i want to run the same windows in other system, but when i do this i got "Blue Screen Error Fatal Error". In windows 98 when i do the same thing, it just load the driver of second system and the run in second pc well. Now please help me out in it. Thanks and best regards, waqasb4all@yahoo.com

      switching mobos without reinstalling windows is always a gamble. It only works if the boards are very similar. If they're too different it won't work and you have no choice but to reinstall. XP is supposed to be better at this than older versions though. Was the win98 as dual boot, or a different system?

        Hi, Only You need to reinstall Xp .... ur hardware is changing from ur old machine to ur new second machine.....so it doesn't match.........:((
