Can anyone help me with this You are to create a small website that allows users to view links related to their interests. Users must choose one topic from each list of items. When the user clicks the submit button, they're redirected to a page that displays a link for each selected item. If the user clicks on the link, they will visit the site. This project contains two separate ASPX pages. One page displays the radio buttons, the other displays the links.

You've asked this three times, and a variety of people have offered to help, but you have abused them because you're not happy with the fact that we only help, we don't do people's homework for them. Why not read your textbooks, figure out a place to start, and if you need help, try asking specific questions that show you've done something about your homework and have some understanding of the problem at hand ?
