Can someone show me how to read out the contents of a (Belgian) e-Id Card by a web page ? I would like to create a website where accounts can be created by entering a e-Id card and pressing 'New account'. The system would automatically fill in the web-form. Thx in advance.

Refer to the documentation that comes with the e-Id card reader or contact the e-Id card reader technical support for the specifications of the particular device.
