Hi All How do you controll staff working from home. Is there software on the web that allow me to see how long they have worked?

No, there isn't. At least none that can't be easily fooled. The only thing you can do to make sure they're "working" is to put your eyeballs on them. Allowing them to work from home requires trust. If you don't have that, well, get them back in the office.
