----------------------------------------------------- PROBLEM DESCRIPTION ----------------------------------------------------- Hello all, Yesterday I installed Vista in my new development machine... Today I've realized that I can play MP3 files without any problem, but it is impossible to see any kind of video, I have tried seeing avi files, divx files, xvid files, and also the files saved by my sony digital still camera. But I cannot get it to work. I've thought on a problem with the graphics card, but it seems it works properly for all the other things and the aero is working at 4.8 points so I think is more than clear that the graphics card is working properly... Could you tell me something to look for? I cannot understand why I cannot even see the videos stored in my digital still camera. As always thank you in advance. -- modified at 11:57 Saturday 2nd June, 2007 ----------------------------------------------------- SOLUTION FOUND ----------------------------------------------------- I was installing at first the old driver that came with the graphic card. Then, in order to upgrade it I tried to install directly th NVIDIA drivers, and the card is an ASUS one. I have had to download the latest driver from ASUS not from NVIDIA... Now it seems to work properly... Best regards.
