Mike The NYT - my leftist brochure. Calling an illegal alien an “undocumented immigrant” is like calling a drug dealer an “unlicensed pharmacist”. God doesn't believe in atheists, therefore they don't exist.

Tolerance is, after all, a two-way street. That is the most intolerant thing I have ever heard! Being tolerant means never requiring tolerance from those you must be tolerant of. Or, something like that... :~

Modern liberalism has never achieved anything other than giving Secularists something to feel morally superior about

I can agree with the tattoo limitation to keep a certain image in the AF. It's not an all-out tattoo ban. However, in my opinion, banning the pin-up art over people that "could" get offended, but haven't, is stretching it. I know feminists would say I am wrong, but it's a tradition of the airforce to paint pinups on their jets, and they should be able to do it as long as the airforce exists. Sexuality is a part of human nature, especially female human nature. Take who and what you are for who and what you are. I don't see people complaining when women use their sexual prowess to get what they want from men. My two cents. Call me sexist. I don't care.

my opinion is that if someone is willing to strap an 80 pound bag on their back and walk through neighborhoods in 120f temperatures they can tattoo whatever art they chose on their bodies. as to the airforce / airplanes the painting on the plane may in fact be the last thing an AF pilot sees, if that is a pin up girl it is fine with me. if it is a female pilot, it the most blatant beefcake, and it is okay with me.

I stopped in Target on the way home from work and the urinal had the business card of a marine recruiter propped up on it. There was a handwritten note on the card offering a free lunch to any qualified applicant bringing the card in. :sigh:

As regards the latter the newspaper this morning stated that there had never been a single complaint regarding nose art either from female personnel or anyone else. What a bunch of snivelling pc wankers.

As long as female pilots are allowed to paint male pinups on their aircraft I have no problem :-D Some good humoured leeway is a small price for what aircrews go through.
