      wow - well, think about this. What do you need, to show the temperature in your office ? you need - a THERMOMETER. Yes, no web service in Timbuktu can give you the temperature where you are, you need to find a thermometer that feeds the temperature to a PC.

      Evreything is possible in VB6 - just get C++ to do the real work, and use COM to get the values across to VB. Why are you stuck with VB6 ? It's been unsupported for some time now.
