You could have a look at Boost's uBLAS[^] library.

Check MTL, (Matrix Template Library) For curve fitting, i believe you should have a look at Levenberg-Marquardt algorithm of course, there are many algorithms you can use (No free lunch :)), with respect to your needs. Bekir.
