American Immigration Screwed Up

    Just when you thought it couldn't get any worse on that immigration front ... comes news from two depts. the USCIS (look it up if ur interested) and DOL had some miscommunications (remember FEMA and Feds during Katrina?, The CIA and Feds during 911 ?) which resulted in a sudden change in the legal immigrants petitions moving forward. Today the news was released ( in a very diplomatic way) that they screwed up :) Looks like these depts could really use some smart and capable immigrants ... talk about irony :) (most wouldn't understand if you don't know the whole story so don't even try commenting)

            That link does not appear to have much to do with your OP. I says that of unexpectedly high progress in backlog reduction, all employment preference visa numbers for 2007 are used up. Not sure I see how this is a "screw up". BTW, it is considered rude to post an assertion without providing a reference link. It is even ruder to complain when asked for same...
