Windows Vista and Office 2007

I have purchades Windows Vista Ultimate Upgrade and Office 2007 Upgrde. Please confirm that I have to install these on alreadsy installed Windows XP with SP2 and office 2003 on my PC mahajan39

Vista is supposed to be installed on top of an existing XP installation, but you can work around it. You should be able to find instructions at Winsupersite[^] I don't know about Office, I've never used an O2007 upgrade disc.

I did the upgrade originally and had all kinds of trouble even getting office 2007 to run after doing the "upgrade". I ended up downloading the trail version, installing from scratch and entering the upgrade key numbers and it worked fine.
