Excel Sheet within HTML.

I am a VC++ developer know something of HTML and little DHTML. But time required from me to develope a web page which will have excel sheet and people from various places place order by filling that excel and I have to get it at server. I can develop a application as excel sheet within html and take data entered in html in access and then print it. But I dont understand if this html is on remote machine and it is filled how can I get that data transfered to server.No doubt my created html I will place on my domain server. But surely ISP will get copy of it will forward to user. I am little confused of whole mechanism. Can anyone guide me about the same. My countdown is already started for finishing it on or before deadline.
