I think the word you're looking for is faery. That particular story which conatains no fairies was written by someone who understood the truth of the resurrection. He specifically avoided allegory and that is one reason why he did not write that Gandalf was resurrected, merely that he was sent back, which you have conveniently interpreted.

Nothing is exactly what it seems but everything with seems can be unpicked.

Actually, no. Plan A was to include the pyramids on the list to be voted on. The pyramid fans loudly protested at the indignity of being forced to compete in such a way. Thus they switched to plan B. :laugh: Nice! At least that thing resembles the real thing. I actually stopped by to see the Prairie Dog (driving across Kansas is incredibly boring) and was a little let down by what amounted to little more than a pile of brown concrete with eyes. Good for a laugh, though. :)
