      www.google.com ? Seriously, there's a lot of reading on offer, and your question is far too vague for a decent response. Do you know what a web service is, or did you just hear the terminology somewhere ?

            Well, if you know how it works, then there's no need for you to use it, until it meets the needs of a project.
