Please have an option for uploading screenshot of errors and other such media like a pdf file or some informative documents which would enhance the usability and expressiveness of a thread. Many a times it is really impossible to describe the error without a graphical represenation of itself. Hope I would be seeing this feature added in very near future. CHEERS TO CP TEAM!!!

It is Blocked by our Corporate Firewall. Can't we have something integrated here in CP only. It would make CP Invincible :)

I do not think this is needed. If you really want to post an image, put it somewhere on the net and post a link. Uploading images would enable all kinds of Spam , Abuse and so on.

That the administrators can surely take care of. And moreover we can limit the size of attachments based on the type of it viz 1MB for any JPEG image...this way we can let the servers breath well. Belive me it will add a very new dimension towards solving of queries.

This will probably not happen. Reasons: People will upload 1600 x 1200 images. Yes, we can shrink them down but then they will probably be unreadable and pointless. People will post porn and innapropriate material. This is the reason we had to turn off images in the first place People will unnecessarily post images causing the size of the forum page to be huge, costing both us and our members. We could just have links to uploads but then why not just use flickr or another service tailored specifically for this? It will further erode the gentle art of forming complete sentences. People will post screenshots of code. Yes, I've seen it. Companies will start blocking us at their firewalls.

If TinyPic is blocked, how about others like Flickr or just use something that isn't blocked and upload pictures there. Just be mindful of the size of the picture in terms of screen size and file size.

With the extra load on the servers and increased bandwidth, I don't know if Chris would go with it.

As a matter of fact even Google image search is filtered off. Our policies are a bit stringent. I do agree what Chris said but was just looking for a better perspective for CP. It would have really been great. Otherwise too it ofcourse is the same :) but still... ANyways now my job would be to search for a free online photo upload site which isn't filtered off. WISH ME LUCK ;)

That is a bummer, man. What do they allow? They may have something in the NDA (non-disclosure agreement) that doesn't allow any retransmission of the company...
