    1. Some source control system, so people can contribute to the source code of different tools/controls. 2. New formula to calculate the popularity of an article, depending on current rating system combined also with: the number of downloads of the source code, the number of views, the number of messages in the article's forum, the number of messages posted by the author in the article's forum. 3. Ask the authors to specify a license (maybe use a list of standard licenses: public domain, Creative Commons, GPL, BSD, Apache etc) for the source code published on the site.
